Hiya,
I'm wondering if anyone could recommend a decent camera to take skiing for about £50?
Thanks

Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

A discounted or second hand Canon PowerShot A1200. Pocketable, AA bateries and, most importantly, an old fashioned viewfinder. LCD screens are difficult or impossible to use in bright sunlight.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

altis, Yes I'm looking at getting one of those although I think the A1300 is better, a bit more than £50 but only £69 on Amazon.

cheers, but i'm not a massive fan of the oldschool viewfinder.
I would much rather have a decent lcd to view it on if possible.....

rajanm1, They've got both. But LCDs are pretty useless in bright light in the mountains tbh.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend one which has an LCD which works well in sunlight?
I know there have been massive improvements in LCDs vs sunlight recently
