Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

A school ski company. Eldest Son might be going with them in 2014. He's pretty competent - not bad on off-piste and in powder etc...

Anyone know anything about them?

They have a good reputation as an adventure/multi-activity op, didn't know they did ski.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

They've been in the school skiing business as well a good few years. They run a small but efficient set up both in adventure sports and skiing. They are part of the Acorn Travel Group: http://www.acorntravelgroup.co.uk/adventure/about.php

They are predominatly coach based in Europe which enables them to contracted accommodation outside of the main towns and villages. This is particularly true for the Austrian locations and some of the French places.

Is your son going on a trip with them or hoping to work with them? They are not big enough to be able to really drive the prices down by promising high volume, so they do appear on paper to be more expensive but they use resort companies to provide the ski hire and instruction as far as I know. Depending on each resort of course, the quality of the materials is in general better.
