Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I'm Bea a 25 year old female, from south west uk. I've been away snowboarding once before & just learning to ski also. I really want to go away to practice a bit of both. None of my mates have been interested in snow sports but i didn't want that to stop me learning.
So i'm looking at joining a group or any others who are going away.
I am able to go away from the 23rd Feb or start of March.

Hi Bea--we have a female share on 19 Jan and male and female space on 9 march which includes ski lessons in Courchevel---all ages and abilities so very good company

i quite understand Bea . unfortunately the spaces left now are some of the top chalets , more reasonable ones get snapped up first so if you wish to give me your email address i can let you know when 2014 is decided-----have a great ski this year Cheers

have you looked at one of the companies specialising in solo travel such as Hofnar of pistepals. I just got back from Morzine and I had a great week, I know that they run weeks for beginners and improvers too, so you would be with a group of like minded individuals

I'm so keen to just get away kids have grown up and I'm missing my skiing buddies. Basically any time during feb Or early march , happy skiing or boarding. Love to hook up with a group if poss - I'm easy going and just want to go for it .

Exeter or Bristol flights would be a bonus but no worries if elsewhere .. Little Angel Little Angel

Probably not much help but I'm a 32 year old male boarder going to Tignes on my own between 9th March and 16th of March so if you happen to end up in the Espace Killy and want someone to hit the slopes with let me know. Good luck with the holiday.

Group of 5, one couple, three females (late 30's to early 50's) looking for female room share - may be suitable, my kids also left home !!!! get in touch - glacierqueen@hotmail.co.uk - looking at 23 feb, france more likely, but possibly italy/austria - prefer larger ski areas !!
