Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Taxi Share: Grenoble Airport to Deux Alpes/La Grave – Sat 26 January 3pm

Me and my friend are arriving to Grenoble on the Gatwick to Grenoble EasyJet flight on Sat 26 January. A taxi seems more straightforward than the bus, but isn’t economical for just the two of us.

Anyone else interested in joining us? We are heading to La Grave, but if people are going to Deux Alpes we’ll organise two drops. We have been quoted 505 euro for a return trip. We can shop around for prices/negotiate, so I would hope the taxi will end up just under 250 euro for the whole group.

Have you looked at "Ben's bus" only 50euros each from Grenoble. I know you said you didn't want a bus but it this one is well organised and straight forward, used it many times

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Thanks Katie. Yeah, that's the bus I looked at. With two of us, it's about £50 for the bus, plus about 40 euro for the taxi from Lac du Chambon to La Grave. It seems to make sense to get a taxi the whole way once you get to around 6 people in the taxi - so was just seeing if anything was workable.
