Wondering if anyone can reccomend a good ski school in the area for off piste tuition. I am looking to get into off piste skiing more and would like an hour or so pointing my technique in the right direction as I have never been taught properly how to ski off piste. I am a confident skier on all runs but would rather start off right than spend all week experimenting!

Hi Kersh,
I'm out in Bad Gastein from 1st March and would like a guide/off piste lessons too. Let me know how you get on and if you have any recommendations.

tomgrain, I have a suspicion that there is a school/guide for off piste in Bad Gastein, seperate from the ski school's I linked above. There's plenty to be going at for sure. I'll find out and post again later. Failing that, contact Speedster who knows the Gastein off piste better than me. He's out there at the moment.

How did you guys get on? Skied there last year and is an option for next year doing some off-piste did some in La Plagne last week am now hooked

DB, yep, those guys in the videos you've posted are in the Schnee Sport Gastein colours.
