Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Can anybody help me? I am travelling to les arcs via the Eurostar, I will be arriving early sat morning. I have been looking online for a luggage storage option in 1800.
Does anybody know of anywhere? I have asked the guys I am booked with and they do not provide this service.
Any help would be great

Charliefoxtrot,

I leave my luggage at Polaire Star, at the bottom of the funicular.

I then ski the day, come down in the funicular collect my gear take the funicular back up, and then I take the relevant bus from the top of the funicular. It sound much more hassle than it is. Your ski pass includes free transport on the funicular. It is very easy.

I hope this helps.

Thanks for the help. I had seen that there is a place at the base of the mountain. I hoped that I might of found somewhere in 1800, but its easy enough to get back down so I guess I will have to stop thinking lazy.

Thanks guys

Charliefoxtrot, Talk to where you're booked into or the tour company, they may have storage for early arrival guests or an out of service room you can use for the same

a few years back we just chucked our bags in a baggage storage room in base of one of the apartment buildings, seemed pretty common practice in 1800 as there was loads of bags in there. not locked or secured, so we took passports and other key valuables - no issues.
