Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I am arriving at Montsoleil evening of 14/12. We drove at the same time last year and got stuck on the mountain in a massive storm and needed roadside assistance, which involved turning the car around and driving and leaving the car in the Spar car park for the week! So this time we decided to fly, I would like recommendations on a return transfer from Geneva. We also took advantage of 8 nights for the price of 7 but we are now left with Saturday free as the lessons for my 2 boys don't start until the Sunday. What shall we do? Private lessons? The rabbit club that my 7yo went in last season is not open either so we will be left with a 7yo and 11yo in the afternoons, what shall we do as I am not comfortable taking a 7yo out in poor conditions. Any advice would be appreciated.Regards Simon.

For transfers try;
- http://www.genevaairporttransfers.com/
or
- Go Massif.

As for something to do why not;
- get your daughter a 121 lesson for the day?
- Go and play on skis on the bottom slope?
- Or chillax in the pool at Montesoleil (IIRC there is one)

 Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

larn, If you put a request on our site you can get quotes directly from local transfer companies and choose the best one for you. www.findtransfers.com

A private lesson could be a good idea as they could really use what they learnt for the rest of the week. Cool

Have a great time!

I used ski-lifts.com last winter.
300 euro return.
Quick and easy at Geneva. Slight hitch coming back in that the driver didn't know where Montsoeil was or was given duff info.
Texts in days predeeding return to confirm pick up times etc
Would use again.

For your first day you can do some village runs on free lifts. Close to home if it turns inclement.
From the top of the nursery slope you can come down a choice of runs but one is a gentle green then run to the bottom of the village.
Free chair lift up then get the teacups back to nursery slope. Repeat x? then hot chocolate stops.

cheers Mutley, the only issue is if SW skis back in to Flaine at lunchtime so that we can pick up our kids. If he does we will be skiing with him, although in all honesty with their being limited opening he wont get that far from Flaine anyway. I have sent him a PM and await his answer. Thanks
