Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Warren Miller Flow State - how was it for you?

Saw the latest Warren Miller ski film in Oxford last night. Always a great atmosphere in the cinemas for the films and a really great feeling that the season is almost here Very Happy

Just wondered what others think as they see it?

For me it was good, same formula as previous years although without Warren Millers voice over these days. Some great filming of epic descents and quite liked the little 'detour' type stories (I'm not revealing anything for those who haven't seen it yet) but it did lack something for me although I'm not sure what. Was it that I have seen the epic descents and ridge walks many times over now, I still enjoying seeing them but it didn't quite have the 'wow/thats different' factor for me.

Now that films are so much more easily distributed by iTunes and the like I wonder how long this kind of cinema tour can go on, it would be a great shame if it stopped as for me it is the start of the new season/something to get excited for but I have to admit I enjoyed the Art of Flight film which I got on iTunes a few months ago more as a film than the latest Warren Miller.

What d'ya think?
