Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I don't need to know ANY of that stuff 'now'

I might use my phone to track location, speed, elevation etc, but only for information and geeky reasons after the fact.

I don't listen to music when skiing, and generally think it's not a great idea as I like to keep all my senses alert.

I CERTAINLY don't want to get emails and texts popping up : I'm on holiday FFS

I'm looking forward to getting my Pebble watch which does dosome stuff : show text and emails, allow control of some phone's functions and what not, but that's for me to look at when I want to, not be overloaded with info.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

It's rubbish - that's not a 'heads up' display, it's just a tiny screen like the other set of goggles. I'm with feef on this - Pebble all the way. Since the Pebble's programable we should be able to set it up to do all the things these goggles do anyway. Anyone know if the new GoPro has Bluetooth??

The Hero2 wifi bac comes with Bluetooth, but it's not yet enabled (to be done by a later firmware revision). I haven't seen anything yet that says the 3 comes with bluetooth.
