Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Just a quickie here folks... Can anyone advise on the quality/regularity/punctuality of the ski bus service in and around the village...?

I have seen the timetable on the website, but quite often in some resorts, timetables are merely what they hope to achieve and seldom do (Mentioning no names... Morillon Very Happy )

Thx in advance all

PS.. can anyone tell me what 'Arrete clesservis' means ???

Thx again

Smile

 Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person
Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person
When we lived there (a few years back now) the buses ran pretty much to the timetable throughout the season.

(can't help with your translation question)

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

marcellus, Thx matey... The translation is on the bus timetable for the route I am interested in... I am not sure if it means that only some busses stop at certain stops for example...

Was looking at Ligne A...

Edited to say that I think it is actually 'desservis' ... Puzzled

Ah, just had a look - it's badly printed, you actually need to read the 3 lines together, so it's: "Arrets desservis uniquement a certains horaires" so basically the stops where the lines are dashed are only served at certain times, not the full timetable. [Edit: the actual translation is "Stops served only at certain times"]

Looking at the timetables below, they show dashes where those stops aren't picked up at certain times - so I'd just follow the times shown on the tables below for the stop you want.

Hope that was clear Puzzled

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

It's just pointing out that some stops have an infrequent service - as is clear from the timetable.

Cheers folks... The timetable is clear I agree, but I figured (with my terrible french) that it was 3 separate statements... I got the certain hours part... Very Happy

Thx again
