Poster: A snowHead
|
Greetings All,
I did try and do a search, but could not find an answer, so here goes: I am trying to find out where would be a good spot to hire skis from in Cervinia in January 2013.
I was in Cervinia in March this year, and hired skis from the rental spot across the road from the hotel, White Ski Hire. I was quite happy with the skis and the service, but am concerned that it is quite small, and we are a big group this time round. I read on the forum that the Ski School was the best spot to hire from.
Anybody got any opinions?
Gerry

No idea about who you used last time and whether they'd be able to look after your group.
We used Top One http://www.skirentalcervinia.com/ they seemed to have a good range of kit.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Morning hammerite,
Thank you for that input. It is greatly appreciated.
White Ski Hire is a very efficient and friendly rental shop opposite the Edelweiss and Sertorelli Hotels, but I was just a bit concerned that they were too small to handle a large group, particularly just after the New-Year weekend.

I would suggest the the ski shop next to the Hotel Excelsior Planet or opposite the main lift office near the Petit Palais.
