Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Resorts with uplift still open 22-29 September

OH and a friend are planning week mountain biking in the Alps at the end of September, and ideally would like to find a resort which still has some uplift open, which will take MTBs. I have come to the conclusion that France closes at the beginning September but there does still seem to be some resorts in Switzerland open.

Before I start trawling through all the different websites does anyone have any recommendations about where they could go. Ideally they need to be in west Switzerland, as the following week OH and I are in the Pyrenees and they need to drive down and meet me on the Friday in Montpellier, but they are open to a long drive.

Anniegirl, Cycle up, that's part of the fun......no pain no gain. I'm off to Arlberg in 2 weeks for MTB-ing, they don't allow lift access for bikes, I used to wonder why now I appreciate it's all about the environment, cool with that!

Try Laax Flims or Morzine, also Verbier has lift accessed biking. Not sure about your dates, websites should give dates.

Markymark29, I agree, and we will have to do that in the Pyrenees, but out friend is recovering from a knee injury, so a couple of easier days would be good Very Happy
