Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Not intimidated at all Smile Unfortunately, being successful always attracts the 'haters' who like to troll and hide behind the interweb therefore somewhat reducing their credibility - The playground always has such children Happy
Anyways...

After popping in to see the Accountants yesterday, I'm reporting back as promised:

They said (all from the Public Record) that the problem with ChamVan is likely to have related to the non-payment of taxes/contributions - URSSAF (ties in with what CH20 was saying, so obviously has the inside info on ChamVan). i.e. insolvency as unable to pay bills as they fall due. A repayment plan is worked out between the two parties by the Liquidateur who then supervises the repayments. 'Plan de Continuation' is likely to mean that the debt is now in the progress of being settled/or has been settled.

So now that we've cleared that up, I'm out of here, as I've got a successful business to manage Little Angel

I have to agree, I don't "hate" the person concerned for running a successful business, hate is such a strong term, I simply have to agree with my better half in so much as she thinks he's a disrespectful cnut.

RUGBY PETER, Crying or Very sad Worth a try! It is the quiet time and silly season. Thought I had a whinger like the "Reynard" thread character! But hey ho, suppose I will have to do some real work. Although Mrs RH's father was a Norwegian called Knut, maybe it is also a female's name in Chamonix, but maybe just maybe I did not read correctly what that fella called his wife!
