We're at Landgraaf this weekend, ahead of some races here and training this morning was great on an empty slope. It would probably be a good time to head out here to try the place (I have no connection with the place apart form coming here for a few weekends of training each summer)

Philbo, looks great, I haven't made it there yet. Shame the UK doesn't have a facility of that size, it isn't pretty like Hemel but who cares what it looks like.
Most surprising thing about Landgraaf is how they found a hill in Holland to build it on.

It was a dry slope previously. I raced there in '99 which would have been just before they built Snowworld.

kitenski, the mounds on the left are the fun park, there is another slope the same size as the one in the picture further left past the fun park and then a nursery area beyond that....great facility i went a couple of years back with Philbo to do a boot session at one of his race camps

Philbo, Photo looks great. Shame there is no such facility here in UK.
160mtr slopes here are no fun for more than a few hours per year. Unless you take lessons or do tricks.

we are off there beginning of august with a group of kids from the club. we went last year and they really look after you well! 3 days training (access all day) all meals staying in the hotel on site inc travel £300 bargain
