Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Dynafit TLT speed - fitting brakes

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
I have a set of 2005 TLT speeds. I use them on an off the piste and want to install some brakes.

When I first bought them I remember getting a binding base plate but have no idea where it ended up.

If I buy some binding base plates from here (second one on the list):
http://www.telemark-pyrenees.com/en/dynafittltspeedbindingparts-p-5688.html?cpath=1_570

could I fit brakes such as these (for radical/vertical):
http://www.edgeandwax.co.uk/32431/products/Dynafit_100mm_Ski_Binding_Brakes.aspx?utm_source=Froogle&utm_medium=PriceComp&utm_term=Froogle&utm_content=None&utm_campaign=PriceComp1

as per these instructions?
http://www.wildsnow.com/articles/dynafit_faq/comfort-brake-install.html

Will it work?

Or am I causing myself to much of a problem, I just don't want to buy new bindings if I can get away with it and this fix seems to be around £100 rather than splashing out on an new set of £300 dynafit radical/verticals.

Thanks

i am pretty sure you can't fit brakes on modern TLT Speeds- the wildsnow article says that TLT brakes are discontinued so maybe you could find an old set lying around in a shop/someone's shed somewhere
