More seriously it was a great experience and even when he was on half throttle with a few punters skied like in the clip straightlining waist high moguls. It also pushed me more than I would naturally have and I didn't wreck too badly but my skis did take a nice core shot from an accidental high speed rock huck.
His technique tip for me said in a very nice way was to MTFU and use more speed absorbing anything in the way then chuck yourself sideways into big piles of snow. I suspect this is easier for a man who has plied his trade on the Hannenkahn and Lauberhorn and now in semi retirement wins all mountain ski cross comps for fun.
No video or photos unfortunately as they would have wasted valuable wheezing time. He did have a contour on so look out for flashes of my appearance in the next hot Red Bull edit to hit the internet "Care in the community - a powder morning with a fat, lazy British Gaper".
PS for the technique nerds he was not on skinny race skis but next years Bentchetlers or something similar. I guess even the best sometimes use cheater skis

zammo, Vailywood - the new rebranded Kirkwood. Storm totals over the week up to 84 inches in Tahoe, a lot of which has been wet slop but it dried out at the tail of the storm. He was doing some PR "guiding" as part of a festival that was on.
Best moment for me was when we ran into a bunch of little kids from the ski club some of whom recognised him, a Red Bull helmet is fairly obvious. He took off again fairly fast followed by a swarm of kids yelling "I can keep up!"
