Poster: A snowHead
|
www.maps.search.ch
Summertime satellite photos with road and other information overlay
Very good detail - you can see the sides of the halfpipe trench in Flims! Doesn't quite pick out individual lift pylons. Better than the pics on Google Maps and Google Earth
Also has the ski lifts marked and the time of their next running. Same for bus stops, trains etc. You just drag your cursor over the symbol and the times pop up.

I've been trying to find a Street Map of Zermatt; if anyone has a good link I would appreciate it.

David Goldsmith, Thanks, that's a little better than the ones I found. Is it possible to zoom in on that map?

snowHeads are a friendly bunch.

Also http://gis.swissinfo.org/ shows contours and the routes of lifts. Can therefore be used to measure lift length and height gain.
