Hi im going to la plange for a long weekend flying back on the 2nd april at 930pm, ive rented a car from the swiss side, what time do i need to leave for the airport assuming its not snowing? Thanks

mikekimber24, either go around lake annecy or go round the motorway towards chambery and upto GVA, very little difference in time on empty roads, a small toll to pay if you go the m-way route, but then it's less pfaffy. Annecy is more scenic if it's still light, but if you just want to put the foot down and get there..

Making the trip about 4ish are there any spots where the traffic normally builds up if you take the motorway?
