Poster: A snowHead

I'm tying to get some help with a problem with my Fritschi Freeride Pro bindings. I've tried emailing the generic "info" email address at Diamir and at Ski Equipment UK who are the UK distributors, but I've had no reply from either of them. Does anyone know of a customer services contact at either of these places by any chance?

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Great, thanks, I already emailed the company directly but I'll try a PM too.

sah, I've those bindings, what's the issue? I've sent mine back once via dealer as one toe piece became loose and I still get the odd occasion when the bindings will go into uphill mode when I'm skiing downhill - nothing obvious causes this, not large compression or jumps just happens. Not very reassuring. I have posted on this subject before.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

waynos, I've never had them go in to "insta-tele mode", that locking mechanism seems very secure on mine, I'm worried about pre-releasing so I'd like to get them checked by an expert and want advice from the manufacturer or the UK official distributor.

Waynos, if you are still having trouble with yours I'd suggest getting in touch with them.
