Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Freeze Pro Shop: a well-deserved plug

I'm not sure in which forum this should go, but anyway: Freeze Pro Shop are ace. I always feel that good businesses deserve promoting and this is one such. The prices are pretty reasonable with massive discounts on old-season stuff. I know this is normally pretty common to shift old kit but ski pants from £260 to £90 for sitting in a shop for a year is quite something. If you order before lunch I find that it's with me the next day, despite being on the South Coast and miles from Scotland. Plus the people on the phone are helpful and discount codes are always floating about for 10%+ off. All in all, worth a look especially for freeski-type chaps who like incredibly bright colours. Plus (I don't work for them, honest), the website is incredibly efficient and even updates instantly so there are no problems with ordering something to then receive a phone call hours later saying that "your product is out of stock". Hopefully no-one has had any bad experiences and I'm just in the minority, but they're worth a look.

Totally agree with this. Firstly, I ordered some marker griffon bindings off the site. They emailed me as soon as soon as I had paid to say that the stock hadn't been updated on the website so would offer me a full refund or send out some Jesters (of course I went for the jesters). Next order I paid for some salomon spk kaos boots, again the stock hadn't been updated, so they offered me the full refund or the spk pro boots (again I went for the pro boots). Couldn't be happier and will continue to shop with them until I run out of money1

+2. ordered ski's, bindings and boots end of last season. excellent deal. boots had to be changed (my error) but were sorted out very fast and efficient. will use again.

+3, once order some goggles from them, arrived with a small scratch on the lens (probably wouldn't have affected it but still don't really want something that's defective when you get it).

After a short phonecall they gave me the option of a refund or replacement lens without any fuss, fully recommend them! Smile
