Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi All
Just booked trip to Saalbach-Hinterglem with my wife in early March & would like to arrange two lessons:
1. For the Good Lady
We'd like to arrange a private lesson for her - she is a convert from snowboarding, and has recently attended an Inside-Out course at Hemel following a number of lessons at Hemel. She needs to build confidence on piste, and also build confidence to increase her speed & improve technique.
Any suggestions for particular instructors or ski schools we should contact.
2. For Me
I'd like to have an off-piste lesson following on from attending the SCGB Freshtracks course in Flaine last year, where I left with a 'Red+' grading - this was my first week of 'proper' off-piste on skis, although have many years of off-piste under my belt on a snowboard. Any suggestions of good instructors in Saalbach-Hinterglem who could help improve my level?
Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Top guy for off-piste in Saalbach is Flo (Florian) from Wolfgang Zink Schischule. Ignore their dated website and just give them a ring or go into the SkiPro shop by the bridge in the centre of the village. They also have a good team of private instructors for your wife. I know you have stated private lessons, but if she decides that a group might be the thing, then Snowacademy or Furstauer in Saalbach, or Snow & Fun in Hinterglemm.
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Flo's a cool guy, and a damn good skier.
Other options would be Michi (if he's not back studying by then), Reini, Veronique or Nicki at Fuerstauer. Andrew too if his ankle is better by then...
