Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Transfer: GVA/Tignes and back - 5/12th Feb - options?

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hello all

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, or happy to share costs if were able to join a group transfer. There are two of us (father and adult son) arriving at Geneva at about noon on Sunday 5th, returning to GVA for flight just after noon on Sunday 12th.

Had originally thought Bensbus, but not operating on those days.

If there is no party we can join our list of options include so far:

Altibus
Ski 4 Fun transfers
Snowstar transfers
Mountainsun

Are we missing any other obvious ones apart from private taxi or car hire which would probably break our budget?

Thanks in advance for any help.

http://www.snowbus.co.uk/ - ok service, cheaper than altibus, although they will transfer you onto altibus if they've not got enough bookings to warrant the bus.

woody911, Scampi Dellahanti, thanks, very helpful. A good array of options. It seems that we could virtually rock up at GVA and hop on one of the regular services rather than booking in advance and risking a flight delay. The main issue is probably getting back to GVA for a check in that will probably close nearon 11.00am.

Snowbus transferred us. Good value, door to door, punctual service although sometimes a little hairy on the bends! Thanks Dave.
