Mosha Marc, it's only one daughter, don't you have grandparents to look after her while the rest of you go away? (healing vibes for recovery and all that)

We did think about leaving her, but in the end thought we'd sack the lot and maybe look at easter instead.
It is all covered by insurance though!!

Oh bum, so sorry to hear this and it is something that I dread. I remember aborting a particuarly hairy lesson, a few days prior to departure once, as I wasn't convinced I was going to stick on and if I had hit the deck, s*ds law, it would have resulted in an injury that prevented me from skiing!!
Flipping animals!!

Mosha Marc, sadly the name change costs are prohibative. £35 per single flight plus the difference between what you paid and the current cost.

Frosty the Snowman, I knew about the £70 admin fee, but not the other bit.
isn't that if you transfer the tickets to another flight though?

Mosha Marc, Only option nowadays seems to be the following..

Although we are unable to offer a refund if you are no longer able to fly, you can change your flight to a future date and destination. Simply login to My easyJet, locate the booking you wish to change and amend the booking with any new information, such as new dates of travel, new destination or changes to passenger names. Once you have confirmed the new details you will need to pay any applicable fees or charges. |

No, even if it's the same flight you have to pay the difference in the cost of the flight at the time of purchase and the current price. That's my understanding anyway. I was told it's to stop folk buying flights with the intention of then trying to sell them on fleabay at inflated prices.
The current price for that flight with easyjet is just over £300 per person not including luggage or ski carriage. If you bought your flights early on that could be quite a large difference in price.

5 Name changes
Names of passengers may be changed on payment of a "name change" fee (see tables below) per passenger, per journey up to one hour before the scheduled time of departure of that flight. In addition, if there is a difference between the original fare paid and the current fare available at the time the change is made, the customer will be required to pay any increase in fare since the original booking.
