Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Have finally booked Selva for next year (end of Feb). Can I book private ski lessons before I get there, or do I have to wait until I get there? Does anyone know of any sites to book private lessons?

popoi, Totally different from what I would have expected to see for the Val Gardena's ski school website. Never seen such a 'funny' intro to a ski schools website before as for the 'Ski Factory' - very cool and trendy - but still funny due to its unexpectedness. Even better is when you click on the 'Photo Gallery' link and get a bunch of pin-ups. I have heard of various sports teams and fireman etc. posing 'nude' for calenders but never skiers! This one must take the cake: http://www.ski-factory.it/images/gallery/12b.jpg Laughing (Welcome by the way)

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

I e-mailed both of them for prices, availability, etc. One of them got back to me almost immediately, so I have booked with them and also spoke with them over the phone. The other school took 6 days to get back to me and, when I spoke to them over the phone, they were very brusque and offhand. So, guess which one I have booked with.

I suppose that, aside from the fact that you can get a bad instructor in any school, they are both much the same in terms of instruction as the instructors all have to pass a certain level?
