I am a solo male skier looking to go away anytime between this weekend(7th) and the first week of February(4th). Last year I had no difficulty in finding some bargains but this year I cant seem to find anything at reasonable cost. I would prefer Austria or Italy but am flexible. Prefer flying from Manchester.
Has anyone got any ideas of the best places to look, I have tried the usual places, Neilson, Crystal Inghams, Iglu. Or alternatively if anyone has a spare place for a 50year old male intermediate skier please get in touch.

lancsski, I have space in Flachau; flights into Salzburg, shared transfer 50 euros (return) with Huber Reisen. It might be more than you want to pay for 1 person as its a 4 person apartment but see link in my signature if you like.

Thanks for the replies, think I will stick to Italy or Austria as I did France a couple of times last year. Holidaylover, lovely apartment but not in my price bracket.Thanks anyway to you both.

Depends what you class as a bargain! Just found one with Inghams to Passo Tonale where we're going for £450 twin for single use, half board flying from manchester on 14th Jan. Lift pass is £131. Let me know if you end up in PT at that time and want someone to ski with.
