Unused, circa £200?

likely be off piste skiers and have to get their own binding fitted.

Can't see how that would be a problem?

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

unused 150-180 I'd guess to get them sold. Your market is probably keen skiers who know what they want rather than ebay general numpties who'll shell out over £200 for trashed Rossi B2s.

And used for about 2 weeks? 100-150?
Am debating whether pre Xmas or wait until Jan/Feb is the best time of year to sell them.

^ Probably, but depends on how used, and what condition they're in. Post pics for more/better advice.

Get on eBay and there's a good chance they'll go for silly money. A sad little game a play is watch and guess the price of ski on there if you know what you're talking about you'll likely pay/get the growing rate it's the lower end stuff that 'looks' nice that tends to fetch big £££.

a sin to sell something that good and discontinued. I've semi-retired one set to rockhopper status but another set going strong as main run-around. Keep em.

I've been watching, just to see. Mine were up here for £175 last year (I think - somewhere around there) but didn't sell. 175s, mounted with Vist 412s

They only went for £75 without bindings - damn!
One set went last week for £230 with bindings so in general I think people are looking on eBay to get something with bindings and just head off skiing.

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

There comes a point on a second hand ski where the binding is worth more than the ski. Bindings depreciate far less e.g. a binding that RRP is £120 will still easily sell for £60 second hand a good while later.

Guess I was hoping for more. I know they're the 08 model (skied 14 days I think) but I paid £230 for them originally (just the ski) and to only get 75 was a shame but then most people I suppose are looking to get a ski with everything on it that they can just go ski with.

The trouble with used skis without bindings is that they are going to have to be re-drilled. It's do able (up to three times I hear) but people are wary of it I think. If it makes you feel any better I sold a pair of Rossi Scratch BCs with a similar amount of use that were 5 years old, with bindings, and got £150 for them. I think I could have got £150 for the bindings on their own, they were about £250 new I think.
