Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

1 Nights accomodation in Morzine or Les Gets - Jan 2012

Hi.

Heading to Les Gets where we have a chalet booked from 28th Jan 2012. However, two of us are arriving the night before and are therefore looking for a nights accommodation on Friday 27th. Can anyone recommend anywhere?? Cheap and cheerful as possible as arriving late and leaving early. Cheers.

Try posting your requirements on The Souions Room here www.chaletsdirect.com - you may struggle though. Can the chalet where you are booked from 28th not suggest someting? Alternatively, if you have transport you may be better to stay in a chain hotel in the valley or near the airport - good luck

We are full I'm afraid, but if you get no offers via Chalets Direct solutions room. Pm me and I will send a post on the local Valley Expats group asking for you.
But
Anniepen, is right, a hotel down the valley will be an easy option if you have wheels.
If not driving stay near the airport so you only have 1 transfer to sort. Ibis, holiday Inn Express, there are lots of them.
