Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Got a Goggle Question

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
My daughter has to wear spectacles permanently to cure a squint as she's very long sighted in one eye. Not wearing her glasses is not an option when we ski La Plagne in january so my question is:

How easy is it to wear goggles over glasses, do I need to find her specific ones, will they likely fog up more?

Anyone who knows or has experience with this please rest my mind at ease.

Look for designated OTG goggles (Over The Glasses) which should have plenty of space, not push the glasses frames into the head etc. Shouldn't steam up any more than regular goggles if kept on face.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I'm assuming that OTG's for adults are basically oversized goggles. By that rationale would I be correct in thinking that a small pair of adult goggles adjusted may suit my daughter as OTG's? Puzzled

jirac18, Doubt it, they'd be too wide on the face. You can get kid's OTG goggles too ie http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=childrens+otg+goggles&x=0&y=0&tag=amz07b-21
