Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

saraloubee, I can't help as we pick ours up from Les Gets tourist office on arrival (I think I've only ever had one by post and that was a Les Gets season pass). I can't see the page you are talking about but if you want to cut & paste to here we can have a go at translating. I'm not sure where the main lift offices are in Morzine and where they are in relation to your accommodation.

Hi thanks for your help - this is the website - I cant see anywhere what the 'delivery' or 'collection' process is - if you could shed any light I'd be very grateful. We're staying near the Super Morzine bubble but I do know there are ticket offices at the bottom of the Pleney about 10 mins walk away??

Thank you

Try the english version here http://www.skipass-morzine.com/catalog/?lang=en

having had a quick look it looks like the only option is to collect at the desk in Pleney but without going through the total order I can't guarantee that's the case.

When I have bought on line for Les Gets I have had a choice of where to collect from at the final stage.
Options included various shops, hotels and the main lift office.
Where are you staying? You may be able to pick up the pass from there.

To hijack/sidetrack a little bit, for Les Gets when ordering online is: Caisse internet Maison des Gets - the main tourist office? and would I be right in thinking that it is located next to the Marmotte hotel? Thanks.

Camisme, yes that is the main tourist office. It's a few min walk along from the Marmotte (same road, other side, walk past the Chavannes Express and the red bubble lifts/Front de Neige). Welcome to snowHead

Thank you all so much - SORTED - booked it throught he English site (Thank you) and the email confirmation confirms that we pick up at Pleney which is perfect! Phew they really ought to say something about it before you pay - but I took the risk and all is good thank you all very very much!!! Smile

Hi there
If anyone has the heebee jeebies, then I can pick them up for you.
I’ve just come out to live in Morzine with my kids while they learn French so I’ve plenty of time on my hands.
If you would like me to do any investigating or anything like this then just yell.
It will get me out of the flat and familiarizing myself with the place and surrounds!
