What about fleeces, I only ask because I think I can get a pretty good deal on embroidered fleeces, t shirts are usually screen printed and would be about half the price of a fleece, embroidered fleeces will last longer and look better, also the company concerned would make up an order with different sizes and colours all counting towards the bulk amount, peaked caps are no problem either but ski type hats appear to be

On the hat thing, if it is work in progress then shouldn't any other gear copy the logo 'n tagline. Sort of anti-corporate image, type of thing.
I'd prefer a shaped hat to a beany, you know that scandinavian type of look.
