Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Give these guys a ring http://www.skateandski.co.uk/ Chris and Kayleigh know their Salomon stuff - If they don't have a part I reckon they could point you in the right direction/Salomon direct. Might be less hassle/easier to get new bindings Sad

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

heidiky, excellent link - many thanks - will email them. Agree re your advice, seems a shame to have to buy new bindings just to get a 100gram piece of plastic but I may have to reconcile myself to doing that. Once again, many thanks.

valais2, Your bindings may still be under warranty, any shop that sells Salomon should be able to sort it out for you.

Kayleigh works for Salomon now too, the only way I know of contacting her is through the shop website though.

rjs, ...more helpful advice - many thanks - they are on 154 2007 crossmax V12s (which is an admission that may precipitate a torrent of derision...) so I think well out of warranty, but I shall indeed contact Kayleigh and try and source the part. Was going to do the usual thing of contacting workshops and emailing salomon direct, so this advice on a more promising route is very helpful indeed.
