Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

UK beginners Learn to Ski on the Cheap this Summer.

Six dry ski slopes across the UK are offering cut-price courses for beginner skiers this summer and the most improved skier from each slope will win a holiday for two (well, 1 and a half) from Crystal Ski
The 'Ski Challenge' courses are backed by The Association of Snowsports countries: Andorra, Austria, Canada, Finland, France, Norway and Switzerland. Their aim is to encourage more people to try the sport, particularly children...

The course costs £50/adult and £40/child (about half normal rate) and there are around 50 places at each slope. Each slope has it's own approach regarding number and length of lessons required but the course is intended to take novice skiers to the dry ski slope BASI bronze level.
Entrants need to register by 31st July and complete lessons by 31st August. At the end of the Ski Challenge each slope will hold a themed party, sponsored by one of the participating Snowports countries and all entrants can take part in a slalom race, with prizes and medals.

One winner from each slope will win a Crystal Ski holiday for one adult and a child to one of the countries participating in the promotion.

To apply, register in person or over the phone at one of the participating slopes.
