Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Poster: A snowHead
Hi Folks,

I'm looking a t going on an all mtn type of ski improver course this winter - pref early 2011.

Could anyone recommend and course or has anyone any experience of being on one?

I can ski all mountain ok, get a little bit sketchy when it gets steeper off piste, and am pretty junk at bumps!!

Thanks

ps - I will be by myself, so would need to be a group thing

Snoworks, Warren Smith Freeride Academy and Ski Freshtracks all do these kinds of courses. Freshtracks cater for singletons. But you'll have to build a time machine if you want to do a course in 'early 2011'. Toofy Grin Or do you mean early next season (2011)?

another vote for easiski - her rates are very reasonable and she can also put you in touch with good value accommodation. You could even do it in the summer, on the glacier, ready to hit the slopes next season.

sparkzter, also have a look at Inspired to Ski, I've been with them quite a few times now and would definitely recommend.
Their courses to Tignes in December each year are always really popular and sell out, usually about 70-80 people go so plenty of new people for you to meet if you are going on your own. They usually have a good number of off piste groups running too in December for you to be able to slot into a group no problem. Good luck.
