Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Resorts for easy stress free skiing please

If The blues of Cervinia are too much for your wife that rules quite a bit of the alps out. Passo Tonale has some very easy confident boosting skiing which a scaredy cat, will love. Most of the other resorts recommended in the thread are, if not the same as cervinia probably harder. The down side of tonale is their is nothing but skiing to occupy a weeks hols and the grand parents will be stir crazy. Maybe a compromise would be to stay at the connected medieval village of ponte-legno (spelling ?) which is much more pretty and historic. It also offers more challenge for yourself in the mornings.

My Partner had private tution at tonale a few years ago and came on leaps and bounds. All of the blues in tonale are very skiable by a timid skier. The run half way down from the pass toward legno is perfect. (Really is a long billiard table with beer mat)

Positives: easy skiing on the cheap
Draw backs : bleak setting and no off slope activities (swtizerland it aint)

maybe try livigno as well - in fact defo look at livigno - pretty much as tonale but with a better village

have a look at some of these suggestions
