Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Being a person who can be pretty quick off the mark to complain about TO's faults I thought I'd give some on-line congrats for a smooth as silk holiday with SkiWorld.

Booking - helpful, easy and she knocked off late booking fees. Cost - best value we could find. Docs turned around v quickly.
Travel and Resort Reps - no problems. Resort Rep (Alex) was actually very good - very helpful but unobtrusive and not pushy.
Chalet (Midland in St Anton) - spacious (yes!), well maintained and great location. Top facilities - boot room, etc.
Food - interesting and varied and they made a dairy-free, gluten-free cake EVERY day for those with dietary requirements. Fab job Toby and Sophie Smile
Return journey - no problems

Whilst I know there are circumstances out of their control that happened to be fine, its probably the first ski hol I've had (out of loads) where there hasn't been a single complaint or disappointment.

Skiworld did a fine job by us in January in Val d'Isere too. Midland nice, was there a couple of years ago.
