Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Tignes Les Brevieres 29-5 feb meet up for a ski/beer?

Hi,

I am staying in Tignes Les Brevieres from 29th Jan to 5th Feb and just thought I would see if there is anyone else about? I was supposed to be skiing with a friend who was working in Val D'Isere but I regret that she has had to go home following an accident, not too serious but she cannot ski for a while. It would be cool to hook up with some like minded ski/ board folk for a beer or to ski.

Me: 35 skier high intermediate/ advanced level…basically I will go down anything but I may fall down too! Up for a beer/ laugh on and off piste.

Hey Rob,
I'm desperately trying to find a buddy to fill the last room in a chalet in Tignes with a bunch of my friends who are already there. If i find someone I'll be there, if not i can certainly hook u up.
Then 13 strong mostly doctors, ie love the party. late 20's mixed skiers/boarders some high intermediate like urself some lucky ones who have done a season.

thanks for the reply. I am in Tignes Les Breveries until Saturday. First day skiing with a guide today and tomorrow then I will probably do some ski tourism. Not a problem for me but if you are on your way out or know people in resort then it may make for a bit of a laugh on the slopes and off. Let me know: membershipsrp@googlemail.com

Just a final thought. If you cannot find a second person and you really want to come out try the chalet chardons for any day arrival and cheap lodgings, its in Les Breveries but be warned its cheap for a reason. If you dont mind bad food and bunks its the cheapest option in the area.

I've let them know but I know are going for a trip or two to another resort one day and staying late at Folie douce then taxis back.
