Poster: A snowHead

Could highly recommend the Bar/Ristorante Mon Soleil in the La Coche sector of Claviere
As well as complimentary antiPasta - excellent food - superb hot chocolate, after we'd been there a for few lunchtimes they started bringing out a complimentary liqueur after the meal.
Obviously a local speciality - small preserving jars with decorative (heart shaped) sugar cubes in proof spirit. One type was green, having had peppermint leaves soaking in it. The other was brownish with coffee beans.
Special spoons provided to eat the sugar cubes (we were warned not to drink the spirit as it was too strong - one of the waiters demonstrated by lighting a cube and eating it alight!!)
Anyone know what it's called?

geoffers, sounds like these, Zuccherini Digestivi, a homemade christmassy treat, sugar cubes soaked in alcohol flavoured with mint, cloves, lemon or orange zest or a mixture of these.
It says they need to be soaked for a fortnight and it recommends setting light to them for about 20 seconds before eating to burn off some of the alcohol.

Luigi, doesn't 95 proof in that recipe mean it is 47.5% ABV? Strong but not silly strong!
