Poster: A snowHead
|
Hi. First topic so I hope it's in the right place...
I am looking at planning a ski holiday for me and some friends, however because of work commitments we cannot go until April.
Does anyone have any advice on where to go that late in the season and for relatively cheaply?
I have looked through google and various other tour operators and advice sites but don't seem to be getting very far.
If anyone has had any experience they would like to share I would be grateful...
Thanks!!

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Argentiere stays open until usually the beginning of May. They have a late season deal on passes from 23rd April but last year, in April, they offered reductions at the last moment for most of April.

Crazy Climber, welcome to snowheads. You could also be fairly sure of good snow at Tignes.

Ideal! thanks for those suggestions!! the EoSB looks like it could be a good option (and saves on me organising too much being the first trip I've booked my self...)
