Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi All,
Thinking of going to La Plagne in Jan 1011 and was wondering if anyone has any info on Skibeat.
I was looking at staying in Chalet Pierra Menta 1 or 2, is it an easy walk to the lift?

Stayed in Val d'lsere with Mark Warner last year and had a great time and was looking at MW in La Plagne, but been informed that the boiler is broken, so have been put off, Skibeat came up, unless anyone also has info on MW in La Plagne.

Look forword to advice on above or any other recomendation in La Plagne 1800.

Personally, used the Company last year and have no issues with them or the service they provided.
Pierra Menta 1 & 2 seem a bit further down the valley but the chair lift looks very close, website says 100m

Thanks for the reply and looked at web and plan, but sometimes seems close on paper but in real walking distance a nightmare, so was wondering if anyone had actual real information.
