Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

@SnoodyMcFlude,
Sambuca & Coke? That's a sacrilege !!

Sambuca is not too be watered down or mixed, it must only be the clear stuff not these flavoured upstarts.
Sambuca must have an odd number of coffee beans floating in it.
(you dont have to set fire to it)
Then it must be sipped along with a double espresso, not glugged down as a shot.

But enjoy Very Happy

Not sure about the coffee bit but definitely agree with this method of imbibing.
I always feel I have the last laugh savouring my Sambuca as I sip it while everyone else has necked it . What a waste of a drink. In fact I'm now inspired to go and buy some!!! In Surrey!! Shocked

hedley, could it be Aperol? That is lovely in prosecco

Defo Aperol.
The last two years we had it every apres ski in Italy but this we didn't go go over Christmas.
However, the family recreated the skiing experience by getting wasted on it at home. Shocked at the photos sent to me whilst I was at work!
BTW, 11 %alc/vol so lower than regular vermouth.

Beer , because after the last run of the day, I am usually too hot, so something cool and thirst quenching does the job. If It's top of the mountain before the last run, ( so not so apres but almost apres) then an Irish coffee or a hot chocholate with brandy,.

There is nothing quite like stepping in from the cold to a Bombardino, I think it's one of the most heartily warming drinks I've ever had the pleasure of drinking.

On another note I've only recently started to drink coffee and I think I'll be having a good few in Italy throughout the day. Which alcohol should I mix with it? (I prefer black coffee)
