Hey guys,
I have just joined this forum because I am desperate to find 2 ppl to join our skiing trip. We have a group booking in Italy for 6th feb and 2 people have dropped out at the last minute. So its now find 2 ppl to take their places or foot the bill ourselves.... We are flying out from Gatwick airport on 6th of Feb for 1 week. We have a very spacious twin room and its half board (breakfast and dinner inc). The cost is 540 pounds per person but we need to pay by weds 10th November (so as you can see we have really been dropped in it!!!). If you are interested please let me know and i will provide more details.

Lisaht, and is there any cost to change names on tickets? DIY or TO (if DIY there could be quite a cost to change names on budget airlines)

Thanks for all the feedback.
1) yes there is a 25 pound transfer charge but i am happy to pay this
2) the reason they have dropped out is because they have no cash and so cannot stump up their share so only option is to find two people to fill their places.
3) ADDITIONAL DETAILS: The resort is Sauze D' Oulx in Italy staying in the Stella Alpina Hotel http://www.stellalpinahotel.it/hotel.aspx. Its is half board as i have mentioned before and is a twin room with a shower. There are 6 others going on the holiday of a variety of ages and mixed skill abilities.

Won't they just lose their deposits if they drop out?

FAQ
ie having to pay for the 2 that have dropped out. If it's a (legally binding?) commitment that's binding on you why isn't it a commitment that's binding on the 2 drop outs?
