I'm heading out to Switzerland this week and have spare place in the car. I will be leaving Scotland on wed/thurs and stopping off at a few places along the way. Not booked a ferry yet but looking to go from Dover next Monday morning quite early. If anyone is interested get back to me via this form and we can hopefully sort something out.

nixmap, Helpfull advertising IMHO.
I shifted 2 Swedish hot tubs and a bike back to the UK on my recent, and brought gear out for 4 different companies.
It's being helpfull makes the world go round.

That is a very very very long lift you are offering.. still arriving in 2010 hopefully?

Eyeopener, yeah fair enough, just stopping of at a few friends places in the uk on the way. Once i'm on the ferry it'll be non stop til i get there. Anyone else got a smart comment?

Share the driving
Put any fuel in
Pass coingage to the tolls as they'll be on my side
Clean the windscreen
Pop into any shops/stores to buy food
Read a map
In fact, I'm not even sure I'll be able to talk to you in an effort to keep you awake on the long journey.
Sorry! But these things are potentially a legal nightmare and the thought of unravelling a potentially nightmare tax liability across several countries is giving me a headache.
I'm sure you appreciate the position and I'd rather not have you subject to any distressing claims by one or two contributors here if I accept your kind offer on the basis that I might be expected to do something in return.....

shame on you - a perfectly good thread where snow heads try to help each other and you destroy it with quasi legal nonsense.
