Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Do Ryan Air fly to Grenoble from Liverpool?

Hi

I was recommended to fly from Liverpool to Grenoble this season instead of the usual Liverpoool to Geneva as we normally do. I have been on Ryan Air's website but cant seem to find any flights from Liverpool. Does anyone know if they used to and have just stopped or if they release them later on in the year? If I can find out either way I can then look into booking a different airport.

Why not go to the Liverpool airport website - or even the Grenoble one - and search for destinations.

As I said I had been told that Ryan Air do fly there but I HAD Googled it and it didnt come up. Have you ever tried to contact Ryan Air to ask them? Its impossible. So therefore thought maybe they release flights later on in the year.
If someone out there knows this is the case then they could let me know, and jobs a goodun. Thats why I put it as a question on the site.

They were doing Grenoble from Prestwick a year or two back so may have pulled that along with Liverpool? Apparently Grenoble residents were complaining about the influx of footie shirt bedecked chavs Laughing

holyjasper, They only had one flight a week from Liverpool to Grenoble last winter, maybe they have scrapped it completely this winter. It doesn't appear on the Ryanair or Grenoble airport websites.
Easyjet have opened a new route from Liverpool to Lyon this winter so could have taken the slot.

Easyjet now have flights from Liverpool to Grenoble on Saturdays and Sundays. Flights commence on 8th January and end 24th April 2011, prices from £45 return.
