One of the better speedflying videos I have seen. I love the proximity flyingsuit stuff aswell, when they are practically skimming rock faces!
Jehu, cant be easy, I have heard of quite serious accidents. a friend who para glides reckons that with speedflying its just a matter of time before you have an accident. There is also footage of the French bloke who almost died and he is one of the best on the world, forget what DVD it was on now, got it here somewhere.

Wow amazing stuff... the swing to the right and the fly through that little "canyon" was awesome - -reminded me of the pod race in the rubbish star wars film... the landing on the snow covered hut was pretty cool too!

geoffers, Jamesc, I think the speed flying guys have the better deal as they can go up again! The flying suit people can only go down, albeit bloody fast!
I fly paragliders in the summer but my canopy is double the size of those guys and I have an emergency chute which I can deploy if something goes wrong! Those guys are so fast and so near the ground it does not pay to have one!
The updrafts along cliff faces and lee rollers that you come across on a still day even in winter have to be experienced to be believed - those guys are real adrenaline junkies of the highest order. Would that I had the guts to try it!
