Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I'm looking at the Ellis-Brigham sale site and there's bargains to be had!

do these makes have longer arms than equivalent sized North Face jackets?

I need to replace my North Face Plasma and these look too good to pass up on!

Don't know about Eider, but I have slightly chimpy arms and all my Arcteryx fit fine.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

If yo go for Eider, get it in one size larger than your standard, unless they radically changed their sizing in the last three years. I have an Eider XL which fits slightly smaller than an Arcteryx L. (The Arcteryx fits me just fine at 5'11, 195 pounds and normal-length arms)

Personally I would avoid the Eider Oxygen using the Defender 3L material and go instead for the slightly more expensive (but still insanely cheap) Eider Sisal in Goretex Pro / Performance Shell. My Eider uses the Defender 3L and it looks five times older than it is based on actual use - the material piled up in friction areas.

These deals are incredible, I'm sorry I already bought a jacket which I didn't really need...

i have my name down for 3 of them... last ones they have in all three in my size. they're going to get them all together and tell me which jacket has the longer sleeves, and compare them to a TNF jacket like mine as well.

Excellent service Very Happy

this time tomorrow, i'll have bought a new jacket Cool

shoogly, I have long arms - the sleeves on my Arc'teryx jacket fit fine with a bit of length to spare. Their jack template seems to be narrow body with long sleeves.
