Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Salomon Boot backpack

I've just received one of these, ordered as thought backpack style would be quite useful. Not for me, for son's boots (28.5 Salomon Impact 9 cs). Can't actually close the bag with both boots in Puzzled Laughing

Fabric also feels a bit lightweight for a bootbag compared to 'normal' Salomon ones we have. Anyone got one?

Lou, ummm, yes, no idea if same as yours, works fine, have used it with assorted stuff to take boots as hand luggage, used relatively infrequently compared to rest of ski kit for 8 years no problem...

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Hi There, I sell the salomon boot bag back pack and as far as I am aware they only take upto a size 26.5 shell. Not much good i know, I would look at the transalp bags they are far superior...Good luck

Buy a proper 'Kit Bag' not much more expensive and will get you to any resort with all your kit. Then buy a proper ski pack (a fair expense, but if done properly with your aspirations in mind.) this will be a valued investment and should only need to be changed when sun-bleached. ( and then you might have become at one, turtle stylee.)

I got a boot bag from Decathlon that seems like a better option - boots are fitted in there like this Pd instead of the usual LL - means the bag is very small compared to big boot bags, and cheap too, from memory about £20.

Why not just use a normal cheapo daysack?
