I was disgusted at the state I was in when I went skiing in October and it didn't help my enjoyment at all. I usually bike a fair bit in the summer but due to back problems I haven't done any this year. Since I got back 6 weeks ago I've been on a bit of a regime of more exercise and less food and booze. Probably not much fitter than I was last December though (ie not very).

bfg, There wasn't room for Skiwi Girl and me on the outbound transfer bus when we booked, so we're getting earlier flights (LGW dep 12.30, arriving GVA at 15.00) and getting the Altibus to Tignes. If you land at a similar time we could travel up together.
