Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

OSPREY KODE 22 - Anyone here sell them?

I've been trying to buy this pack for a week now. Cotswold outdoor have a few, but they're all the small or medium back length, whereas i really need the Large. Anywhere i try, i can't seem to get hold of one. Cotswold have one on hold for another customer, but that's it.

So, if anyone knows where i can buy a new one of these, please let me know.

The bristol stores of EB and S+R have stock though i don't know which sizes (i'm 6"4 amd the one I tried on in the store last night fited well - so probably a large), S+R mail order guys are pretty good and will search the regional stores stock aswell.

on my search for this pack, i've also come across the Camelbak Menace... anyone got any experience of using this pack?

I seen one in the Elis Brigham store at Xscape in Glasgow pretty sure it was a large but can't guarentee it

Can you not get a large somewhere online?

Well... i just received my new Osprey Kode 22 pack (it's a large so it's actually 24ltr) from a company called Countryside Ski and Climb (www.countryside.co.uk). It fits perfect and is exactly what i've been looking for. Can't wait to get it out on the slopes this weekend Very Happy

Big shoutout to Countryside who were very honest about their stock levels. Ordered late on Monday night and arrived here 2 minds ago by DHL with a free Chocolate Chip energy bar Very Happy - i know... it's only a cereal bar, but it's the small things that count!

I'll use them again.
