Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Avoriaz / PdS - closing dates

Apologies if this question has already been asked/answered - but I can't make the 'search' function work at the mo.

Just wondered if anyone knew what the closing dates were for Avoriaz (and the other PdS resorts)?

I've tried the Avoriaz and PdS websites - but haven't had any luck finding any info.

25th April is the advertised closure date for Avoriaz - I hope to be out for the last w/e of the season. Let it snow!

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

DJL, thanks for the info.

Roy Hockley, last year I managed to fit in a long weekend in mid-April (can't remember the exact dates) and was hoping to do the same this year. We had a real mix of conditions for the 4 days we were there: fresh snow on the first two mornings, and warm spring weather on the last two - and I loved it!

Just need to find a bargain on a little s/c apartment now!

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

abj, Mid April you will be fine in Avoriaz. Lower areas will be less reliable.

Have fun, might be out myself around that time!

Roy Hockley, Thanks. As a matter of interest, where do you stay when you go to Avoriaz?

Last year we managed to pick-up a late bargain on a S/C apartment - but I don't know whether we'll be as lucky this year.
