Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

With the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics two weeks away, Chemmy Alcott is staking her ambitions on a medal and has been speaking to the press about the prospects.

This report by Yahoo! Eurosport.

Quote:
"Last time out, in Turin four years ago, I came 11th, but this time my aspirations are higher," said Alcott.
"I don't just want to break into the top ten - I do believe I've got the talent to challenge for a medal ..."

Chemmy's brother, Rufus Alcott, has circulated an email appealing for financial support for the British team. He's planning a fundraiser for 11 February at a central London club, to include dinner and an auction.

More details are bound to appear on snowHeads shortly, if they haven't already done so.

Ernst Goldsmith, Good for her bit of positive thinking but she's never been anywhere near a podium on the World cup and unfortunately I don't think she is going to start now but good luck to her.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Gsyfreerider, same was true of Mr Baxter. All we can do is wait and see.

Gsyfreerider, Whilst you're probably right, if she stays fit and can prepare fully (don't let Ed Leigh near her wink ) then you never know. Chemmy has had some good individual results over the past few years, remember that Bartelski, Bell and Baxter pulled of a miracle or two
